JURASSIC FLOWER is a declaration of love for one of the oldest flowering trees on our planet: the magnolia, which appeared around 100 million years ago. Enamoured of the magnolia’s scent, Carlos Benaïm concentrated these thick white petals in his composition, with their shapes from another era, standing out against the electric blue of summer skies. Unlike other white flowers, which tend to produce carnal odours, the magnolia gives off a citrus fragrance with hints of peach and apricot. A carefree scent, like the return of summer.
