CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?
No, we do not ship orders to PO Boxes.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY RULES AND RESTRICTIONS?
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.
WHAT IS THE TRACKING NUMBER OF MY PARCEL ?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email notification. This number is from the Shipping vendor and allows you to visit their website to track the status of your delivery.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST TO… ?
Shipping costs vary by option and are displayed at checkout after you have input your delivery address.
- Option one - Standard Delivery
Delivery within 2-5 working days.
Complimentary on all orders
- Option two - Named Day Delivery
Choose your day of delivery from the available dates.
Monday – Friday only.
- Option three - Next Day Delivery
Delivery the following working day. Orders must be placed by 3pm.
- Option four - Next Day Delivery (Before 2pm)
Delivery by 2pm the following working day. Orders must be placed by 3pm.
- Option five - Saturday Delivery
Delivery Saturday by 12pm.
Orders must be placed by 3pm on a “working Friday” to guarantee Saturday AM delivery. If the order is placed after 3pm, it will be delivered the following Saturday.
- Option six - Click and Collect
You can also collect from a local shop in partnership with UPS within 2-5 business days of placing your order. Free on all orders
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
We apologise, but we are unable to allow shipping address changes. If you wish to use a new address, please call the Customer Service Desk on 0808 1645 862 within 30 minutes of placing your order to cancel it, then place a new order. For future orders, you may log in to your fredericmalle.co.uk account to update your shipping address in your profile.
